Lesotho is a mountain kingdom completely surrounded by South Africa. Most travellers fly into Johannesburg and drive in via the Maseru Bridge border, about 4.5–5 hours away. Our airport and intercity transfers take care of that leg.
Inside Lesotho, distances look short on the map but mountain roads are slow, and some places, like Sani Pass, need a 4x4. That's why every tour we run is private, with our own 4x4 and guide.
With 2–3 days you can see Thaba Bosiu, Maletsunyane Falls and one highland drive. With 5–7 days you can add Sani Pass, Katse Dam and a night in Malealea or Ts'ehlanyane. Tell us your dates and interests and we'll design the route with free itinerary planning.

Lesotho is a small, independent mountain kingdom in Southern Africa, completely surrounded by South Africa. Its capital, Maseru, is about 4.5–5 hours by road from Johannesburg.
Our most popular destinations are Sani Pass, Maletsunyane Falls at Semonkong, Thaba Bosiu, Katse Dam and Sehlabathebe National Park. For culture, add Kome Caves and Morija; for adventure, Afriski and Malealea.
Main roads are paved, but many highland routes are steep gravel, and Sani Pass is 4x4 only. All our tours use private 4x4 vehicles with an experienced driver-guide.
Spring (September–November) and autumn (March–May) offer the most settled weather. Summer is green with afternoon storms, and winter brings snow to the highlands, ideal for Afriski.
Our team in Johannesburg and Maseru respond personally — usually within a few hours.
